The time for a change came in
1984, when one of our members had an accident proceeding to one of the
Temple's scheduled parades on a mini passport. After he recovered, this
member bought a Honda Motorcycle to
use in future parades; this brought up the issue of getting bigger bikes, for
all the members and lowering the initiation
fees to attract new faces. Well it worked! Slowly and surely we
increased from 12 to 18 members. Most of our
bikes are Goldwings, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Harleys and a Indian.
The
Motorcycle Club meets the third Tuesday of each Month at 6:30pm, at the Helms
Bakery and Coffee shop in the Viejas Outlet Center.
Every other Month we meet at a local restaurant TBA that month.
